These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of outbid9ja.com (the "Service"), including the public leaderboard, product listings, checkout, and related features. By using the Service, creating a listing, or completing a payment, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service and do not pay for a ranking.
The Service is operated by Tochukwu Ebuka, an individual based in Nigeria ("we", "us", "our"), provided from https://outbid9ja.lol.

Outbid9ja is a paid public ranking. You may pay to list a product website or a social @handle and occupy a rank based on the amount paid, according to the Rules. Listings are paid placements, not editorial reviews, certifications, or endorsements. A payment buys a chance to appear on the board at the rank that bid can take at the time it is fulfilled — it does not buy traffic, clicks, customers, revenue, or a fixed duration at a specific rank. Someone else can pay more and outrank you. We may change, pause, or discontinue features, categories, or the ranking formula at any time.
Checkout is processed by Paystack. We do not collect or store full payment-card numbers. Paystack's own terms and privacy notice also apply to the payment itself. Amounts are priced in Nigerian Naira (₦). Rank is assigned when payment is confirmed and the listing is written to the board, at whatever position that bid then supports.
All payments are final and not refundable. Ranking placement is a digital service that begins as soon as payment is confirmed. Being outranked later, fewer clicks than you hoped for, or a later removal for breach of these Terms does not create a refund. Chargebacks or reversed payments without a legally required basis are a breach of these Terms; we may remove the listing and refuse future use of the Service.
By submitting a URL, @handle, or payment, you represent that:
You may not list sexual or adult content; invite links to group chats or channels (WhatsApp groups, Telegram groups/channels, Discord servers, and similar); link shorteners that hide the real destination; or anything illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, hateful, or that exploits children. A WhatsApp number submitted as a direct contact link for your business is allowed. We may refuse, edit, recategorize, hide, or remove any listing at any time, with or without notice, if we believe these Terms or the law may have been broken. Removal does not entitle you to a refund.
To run the board, we fetch and display publicly available information about listed destinations — names, @handles, descriptions, and profile images — solely to identify the listed product on outbid9ja. This is not an endorsement by, or affiliation with, the rights holder unless the lister is that rights holder.
Appearance on the board is not our opinion of a product. We do not verify listed claims, prices, or results. Click counts describe what our systems recorded, not a promise of the same outcome for you. Links from the Service leave outbid9ja.com; we are not responsible for the destinations they lead to.
The Service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to a payment is limited to the amount you paid for the listing that the claim concerns.
